After graduation and some work experience in Naples, Domenico moved to England where he spent a period of training in several Italian restaurants. Upon his return he landed at the Holiday Inn Naples. When you say in the right place at the right time. Young and creative, Domenico has immediately given a turn to the kitchen of the Bistrot restaurant, reworking traditional local dishes in a modern way and proposing recipes with flavors and intense colors just like his city. His creations are a joy for both the palate and the sight.
